Delivery & Shipping Policy

1.  Delivery of orders would be done to the address specific not person specific

2.  Shipment or delivery time of order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with IndiaBooks.The Shipment or Delivery time is an approximate time mentioned. IndiaBooks shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods that is beyond the control of IndiaBooks.

3.  In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping of your order will be arranged by IndiaBooks in the address entered by you during the purchase. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.
